Our History
A summer family house. Sharing birthday cake in the town’s church plaza, hosting friends and neighbors around one of the largest and most lovingly cared-for swimming pools in the area, setting off on easygoing boat trips with bread, canned tuna, and Parmigiano cheese for the whole family. Those hosting values are the one that nurtured El Paraíso in Spain making it so loved by anyone, and that are coming back to Como Lake today…

Century-old trees embrace the house, creating a magical and private setting where plant care is approached with a conservation-minded eye, prioritizing natural growth over purely aesthetics. The two garden levels are defined by an upper level that unfolds naturally around the summer kitchen, and a lower level where you’ll find fruit trees and a private swimming pool we’ll share with our best guests for free.

One of the most beloved swimming pool in town when we grow up, shared with our best friends and neighbours. We share our family 8×4 above-ground swimming pool free of charge, setting our fares on “no pool” propierties, so we just ask to love it and use it under your full responsibility as guests friends. Being on the second level garden it offers complete 360° privacy (no tourist around, or near-the-street pools) and a lovely Lake Como view… EnJOY.
